Location: Kothrud, Pune.

Job Description:

1. Coordinate with General Managers / Seniors for current openings.
2. Determine selection criteria.
3. Source potential candidates through online channels, job portals, referrals, etc. (e.g. social
   platforms and professional networks)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-
   person interviews.
5. Salary negotiations, on boarding candidates.
6. Monitoring the on boarded candidates and arranging replacements in case of left
   employees.
7. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
   Required Skills & Knowledge:
8. End to end Recruitment Process.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

1. 6 months to One Year of experience in recruiting or similar role.
2. Experience in full – cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
3. Proficiency with social media, CV database, and professional networks.
4. Proficiency in documenting process and keeping up with industry trends.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Well – versed with Social Media, Canva, ChatGPT, Excel.

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management or similar field.
